Shipping
Picksy works with international suppliers to curate and source our products. Orders are shipped internationally in bulk consignments before being distributed locally within South Africa.

Shipping Timeline
• Estimated delivery timeframe: 14–28 business days
• This timeframe includes:
• International supplier processing
• Bulk international shipping
• Customs clearance
• Local courier delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including customs inspections, supplier delays, or courier service operations.

International Shipping & Tracking
• Orders are shipped as part of bulk international shipments.
• Customers will receive tracking details for the international shipment that their order forms part of.
• International tracking reflects the movement of the bulk consignment, not individual parcels.
• Individual item tracking becomes available only once the order has been handed over to the local courier.

Local Delivery (South Africa)
• Once the bulk shipment arrives in South Africa, individual orders are dispatched using The Courier Guy or an equivalent local courier service.
• Customers will be notified once their order has been handed over to the local courier so they can prepare for delivery.
• Delivery schedules and times are determined by the courier.
Liability & Responsibility
• Picksy is not responsible for delays caused by:
• International shipping
• Customs processing
• Bulk shipment handling
• Courier service disruptions
• Once an order has been handed over to the local courier, responsibility transfers to the courier service.
• Picksy is not liable for:
• Missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details
• Delays caused by customer unavailability
• Courier-related losses, delays, or scheduling changes

Customer Acknowledgement
By placing an order with Picksy, customers acknowledge and accept:
• The use of bulk international shipping
• Shared international tracking details
• The estimated delivery timeframe
• The transfer of responsibility once the order is dispatched locally
Returns
Due to the nature of our business and the use of international suppliers, Picksy does not offer returns or exchanges.
All items are sourced, ordered, and processed specifically for each customer once payment has been received. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.
Please note:
• All sales are final once an order has been confirmed.
• We do not accept returns for:
• Incorrect sizing
• Colour differences due to screen display
• Change of mind
• Fit or style preference
Exceptions:
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
• The item is unavailable at the supplier after order confirmation.
• The incorrect item was supplied.
In such cases, customers will be contacted within 24–48 hours to arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Picksy strongly encourages customers to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before placing an order.
